Terms of Service

These terms govern use of OriginalPoster and the originalposter.ai website. Last updated: July 6, 2026.

1. Acceptance

By accessing originalposter.ai, creating an account, starting a trial, or using OriginalPoster, you agree to these terms. If you use the service for a company or other organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms for that organization.

2. The service

OriginalPoster helps plan, research, draft, review, publish, distribute, measure, and refresh content operations for customer brands. Features may change as the product develops, and some integrations or workflow steps may require separate setup, permissions, or account approval from third-party platforms.

3. Accounts and approvals

You are responsible for the activity in your account and for keeping access credentials secure. Where the service presents content, campaign assets, publication actions, connected account changes, or billing actions for approval, your approval means that you have reviewed the action, have authority to authorize it, and accept responsibility for the material or action being approved.

OriginalPoster may support automation, but live publication and external account actions are intended to run behind customer authorization unless you explicitly configure an approved auto-publish workflow.

4. Customer content

You keep ownership of the brand materials, prompts, drafts, files, account data, and other content you provide to the service. You grant OriginalPoster the rights needed to host, process, transform, display, and transmit that content so we can provide the service.

You are responsible for ensuring that customer content and approved outputs do not infringe third-party rights, violate platform rules, breach confidentiality obligations, or break applicable law.

5. AI-assisted output

OriginalPoster uses software, automation, and AI systems to help produce and check content. Outputs can contain errors, omissions, outdated information, or unsuitable wording. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them or publishing them, especially for legal, financial, medical, regulated, or sensitive topics.

6. Acceptable use

You must not use OriginalPoster to:

  • break the law or infringe intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or contractual rights;
  • publish spam, deceptive content, malware, harassment, or unlawful discrimination;
  • evade platform policies, rate limits, bot detection, or account restrictions;
  • probe, overload, scrape, or reverse engineer the service except where law allows it;
  • submit secrets or sensitive personal data unless your plan and written agreement allow it.

7. Third-party services

The service may connect with hosting, authentication, billing, AI, analytics, social, newsletter, CMS, and search providers. Those providers have their own terms and policies. OriginalPoster is not responsible for third-party platform decisions, outages, pricing changes, API limits, content moderation, or account enforcement.

8. Fees, trials, and billing

Paid plans, trials, usage limits, renewal terms, and cancellation options are shown at checkout or in the applicable order flow. Unless a written order says otherwise, fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or limit access if we reasonably believe an account is insecure, unpaid, abusive, unlawful, or likely to harm the service, a third-party platform, or another user. You may stop using the service at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination continue to apply.

10. OriginalPoster materials

The OriginalPoster service, website, software, templates, design, documentation, and product materials are owned by OriginalPoster or its licensors. These terms do not transfer ownership of those materials to you.

11. Disclaimers

The service is provided as-is and as available. We do not promise that outputs will be error-free, that content will rank or convert, that third-party platforms will accept published material, or that the service will be uninterrupted.

12. Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, OriginalPoster is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, loss of goodwill, platform penalties, or business interruption.

13. Governing law

The governing law and venue are those stated in your order form or written agreement. If no order form or written agreement applies, these terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory rights that apply where you are located.

14. Changes

We may update these terms as the service changes. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
