2. Data we collect

We collect and process data in the following categories:

• account details, such as name, email address, workspace, role, and authentication state;
• billing and subscription details handled through our payment provider;
• customer brand materials, briefs, prompts, drafts, uploaded files, approvals, and workflow history;
• connected account metadata needed to operate integrations you authorize;
• technical logs, request metadata, device information, and security events;
• messages you send us, including support, sales, and privacy requests.

3. How we use data

We use data to:

• provide, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the service;
• authenticate users and enforce workspace permissions;
• generate, review, publish, distribute, measure, and refresh customer content;
• process billing, trials, invoices, and plan limits;
• send service notices and respond to requests;
• detect abuse, protect third-party platforms, and comply with legal obligations.

4. Customer content and AI providers

To operate the service, OriginalPoster may process customer content through infrastructure, AI, search, analysis, and content tooling providers. We use those providers to perform tasks such as research, drafting, summarization, quality checks, metadata generation, and workflow automation. Do not submit confidential, regulated, or highly sensitive information unless your plan and written agreement allow it.

5. Credentials and connected accounts

When you connect third-party channels, the service may store authorization records required to act on your behalf. Customer token material is stored in an encrypted vault and is used only to provide the connected feature you approved.

6. Service providers

We use service providers for hosting, edge delivery, authentication, billing, storage, logging, email, analytics, AI processing, and customer support. Current provider categories include Cloudflare for hosting and edge services, WorkOS for authentication, Stripe for billing, and AI or search providers used by the content workflow.

7. Cookies and similar technologies

The website and app may use strictly necessary cookies for authentication, security, session state, and billing flows. If analytics or marketing cookies are enabled, they are used to understand aggregate product usage and campaign performance. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

8. Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share data with service providers only as needed to operate the service, with third-party platforms when you connect or approve an integration, when required by law, or as part of a business transfer such as a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

9. Retention

We keep account, billing, workspace, content, and audit data for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, maintain security, and keep operational records. Some logs and backups are retained for limited operational windows and then deleted or overwritten.

10. Security

We use technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect data, including access controls, encryption for sensitive credential material, and security logging. No system is perfectly secure, and you are responsible for protecting your account access.

11. International processing

OriginalPoster and its providers may process data in countries other than the one where you live or work. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border processing.

12. Your choices and rights

13. Children's privacy

OriginalPoster is not intended for children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

14. Changes
